Fighting Back

I am not one to quickly jump to the gun and badmouth someone just for the sake of it. But in this case I believe I am actually performing a just service for anyone who's thinking about doing business with Alstrasoft.

Alstrasoft is a company online that sells software to operate and manage your online business with. Just a bit over a month ago I purchased their Article Manager Pro software.

Not only does the software come with a bunch of bugs and glitches, it had mispelled words and private links in it. Not very condusive if you want to setup a professional site.

Although they guarantee 1 year free updates and support with purchase, I soon realized that such is not the case. I have contacted them numerous times using their website support option and have never received support.

The 800 number listed on their site only rings and disconnects after several rings. No one ever answers.

To say that this company is worthy of praise would be false. I have dealt with many companies since I am online but honestly, Alstrasoft has to be the worst on ever level.

So if you are looking for software to run your online business, my experience will tell you not to buy from Alstrasoft. You don't have to take my advice but you'll be surely disappointed if you don't.

Alstrasoft is a bad company to deal with all around.
